I found everything perfectly fine, would recomand it to anyone. The weather was lovely, had really really nice stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the central position of this recently renovated hotel.

Great and brilliant location very close to the tram station for great or me too, good for visiting Llandudno. A wide range of gorgeous breakfast items to choose from.

We really enjoyed rooms for a full size sink. The location turned out to be particularly good and perfect, close to Llandudno from York and North Wales. Stopped by Fountains Cafe Bar to get some coffee and 

The breakfast was savoury and tasty with the meat eaters and a nice pot of tea, for instance, so much to pick from. The staff where very good and welcoming, everything was perfect. The location was

Good location close to attractions in a very pleasant lounge area. Again, not far from Happy Valley Gardens.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Great and brilliant location for my purposes. Exceptionally comfortable beds, WiFi and a storage in the room. Tasty, savoury breakfasts with bountiful supply, a nice pot of tea plus generous portions.

The staff were all really kind, and the room was spotless and airy with a single bed. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was excellent.

Its location in Llandudno was marvellous and brilliant, short walk to the town centre and local amenities. The service was fantastic, just like I expected.
